Oval Pressure Cooker Pans & Rack

I have the 5 qt. Cook's Essentials pressure cooker but I can't find the rack or pans to make some of the recipes in Bob Warden's latest pressure cooker cookbook. Anyone have any ideas on where I can get them or what to use instead? I especially want to make the desserts in the cake pans but have no idea how to go about it?
