Olives!  I love olives!  Just ordered black olives, Kalamata olives, spiced olives, sliced olives, Castelvetrano olives, Queen olives and mixed olives!

I got them from Amazon, Whole Foods and Walmart.  Some will be here tomorrow!  Some are already in the pantry!

We are usually well stocked, but I looked in the fridge day before yesterday and we were almost out.  I panicked! 

Are you an olive lover?  Have to have them?

My mom always said, "give me a good book and a jar of olives!"  Your post made me smile with that memory of her.

Get them out of your pantry and enjoy!

I only like/love "green" olives.  Especially in my salads.

I don't eat olives anymore.  Just got out of the habit, I guess.

But I prefer Kalamata olive oil--it's the only kind I use.

@Sooner  I LOVE olives! So does my family. My DD and my two-year old granddaughter and I just wreck a jar when we get together. My favorite are the olives in the "Spring Mix" from Claudio's in the Italian Market in Philly. Haven't been there in a few years, and I wonder if they still offer them.

I enjoy the pimento stuffed manzanilla olives, Castlevatrano, and Kalamata olives A LOT. It's just DH and I here, and he doesn't eat them, but I still buy the big jars from Costco.  They're a good source of healthy fat. I think im going to figure out a way to add Kalamatas to my veggie flower platter tomorrow because I know our SIL to be likes them.
