Opinions on today's 12" TSV mattress? Also once expanded how would you return ship?

Easy pay made it possible to replace our queen mattress which is long overdue.

Years ago I tried the tempur-pedic when it was only sold by Brookstones. To say I hated it would be an understatement. I only laid on the T-P for a minute or two but found it exceedingly difficult to get up and out of it.

That was probably twenty years and 100 pounds ago.

I ordered the TSV today but only after a phone representative found a weight limit of 350 pounds per side for the queen size.

At one point David put his considerable weight on the edge and it did'nt seem to compress much.

As to return shipping in the event that it's more sizzle than steak, does anyone know what arrangements QVC has in place?
