That's why I was thinking chicken chili.....different,but maybe I ought to reconsider. Keep the ideas/suggestions coming. Thanks.

After seeing the last two chili cook-offs at our local store---the winner had turkey and brown sugar. A little sweet beat the heat. (That's the Midwest for you.)
