Does David cook any more? It is just one gadget after another.

I've never known it to be a cooking show.  It's always been kitchen items that QVC is selling.  He has his recipie blog but as far as him preparing a dish and cooking on air, it's not what the show is about.

Personally, I don't think David can cook. I didn't see him when he first took over. Anyway, at this point with the Internet and other places to shop, QVC has to use the TV time to sell, not cook.

Yes, double tap each color, put food in his mouth, and do the happy dance.

Years ago Bob B. and Bob Warden did quite a bit of cooking on QVC.  Now HSN does more cooking demos than QVC does.  David should just show a finished product and tell viewers where to get the recipe.  The demos are just him stirring a couple of items together.  I also wish they wouldn't spend so much time greeting/kissing vendors, telling us there are 300 left and red  will be the first to go, and reviewing the colors multiple times--to excess.  I would like to see new and interesting products instead of the same items over and over again.   I would rather see prepared food items shown on the gourmet food shows.

I can guarantee you if I were a vendor on his show, there would be a "no kissing" clause in my contract!

I had to laugh at your post. I too noticed the double tap.
