Hello Foodies!

Last weekend my husband and I tried to enjoy what should have been great porkchops, but they came out all dry and TOUGH! I poked holes in them with fork tines and marinaded them for 6 hours in a pork marinade. We then put them on our George Foreman grill and thought this should be great! NOT! Can anyone here give me some guiding expertise so that this horror doesn't happen again? David? Anyone? I would be most grateful.
