One Plus of Lock n Lock I Never See Mentioned

They keep in odors.  There is nothing I hate more than opening the frig and smelling garlic, fish, onions or whatever.  It took me forever to figure out Ziploc heavy weight bags will let smells out, Lock n Lock keeps them in.

Re: One Plus of Lock n Lock I Never See Mentioned

I agree up to a certain point. We have a RV that is on a permanent site.  We are there at least 4 days a week in the summertime and sometimes more.

i keep some food in the freezer and refrigerator when we leave.  Somehow the electricity got turned off, perhaps  by a lightening strike, and as soon as I walked in that RV, I almost passed out from the smell.  I had chicken thighs in a lock and lock in the freezer.

The lock and lock did not keep that smell confined.  I had to throw away the container and never even opened it. It took me a week to get that smell out of that RV.

Yes! I agree that L&L containers do, most definitely, keep the odors at bay! Just another reason for me to love my Lock & Lock containers! Woman Happy
