The book, The One One One Diet by Rania Batayneh. It is on Amazon. I first read about this in Woman's World on Jan. 20, 2014. You can pretty much eat whatever you want, following the 1:1:1: guidelines. Cheeseburgers, Pizza, Steak, whatever. Smiley Happy Smiley Happy

One serving of protein, One serving of carbs, one serving of fat and unlimited nonstarchy veggies. 3 times a day and 2 snacks.
