Omnivore's Cookbook

About the recipe website "Omnivore's Cookbook" that was posted here earlier today, the Asian Instant Pot Chicken and Rice recipe is delicious.  It's not something I'd make for company, kind of plain looking on a plate, but yummy for the tummy.  I'll definitely make it again.
