I think I should have bought the Ninja TSV yesterday. I over thought the whole thing. I really want something for making smoothies. I was at Kohls today, and yesterday's TVS was way more money there than it was yesterday at QVC. (Even with my 30% coupon.) When I looked at the Ninja, it just seemed like so many different parts that I wouldn't use. Does anyone have a suggestion for a simple smoothie maker that can also crush ice? Thanks!

Maybe try Bed bath and Beyond or Amazon.....

I like my Vitamix ..I didn't like all the parts either on the Ninja.......I got it on easy pay so it wasn't too bad........

My daughter has a Mini Magic Bullet that she bought from Amazon. Not sure what paid for it. Works great for a single smoothie which she makes every morning. She's had it for at least a year now. You might want to check it out.

Did you check the price today? Unless it sold out, sometimes the TSV price becomes the "featured" price and is only a few dollars more.

And, as someone else mentioned, you can always wait a few months and it should come back as a TSV. Some items are on a quarterly schedule and I think that might be one of them. I know the Clarisonic comes back every 3 months, give or take a few weeks.

I have the Ninja Master Chef that was the special value last year. It was around $30.00. It came in lots of colors. They don't have it on here now. eBay usually has them. Mine makes snow really fast. I tried to make chipped ice this morning and I had to only do it a few times and it was done. The first thing I did with mine was make snow.

Wal-Mart has it online for less than $35.00.
