QVC doesn't want food returned.  Call CS and explain you are dissatisfied and you will receive a refund.  (I no longer purchase food items.)

I had moldy oranges several years ago and I received a refund with no hassle and no questions like ilovetea was asked. 

I also purchased crab cakes many years ago. When they arrived, they smelled spoiled. Again I received a refund with no hassle. Crab cakes now are sold by a different vendor.

These days I'd be very reluctant to purchase food items because I believe that most of what's offered is unnecessarily expensive. Not only that, but food items usually come in quantities that are not practical for me.

I have never had any luck with the food items.  The desserts are good, but the food is  not.  I've called CS and they don't want the food back, and they refund your purchase.  I now don't buy any food from them at all.

I wish that I had known this.....I wasn't impressed with my last food purchase.
