I understand the vegitarian diet, the gluten free diet, and wanting to go organic and so forth and so on............Is anyone here carb sensitive????????? If so, what do try to add to your diet to maintain a healthy level, with no guilt............I have been on a fruit kick, but I just can not handle the carbs so well, and the same with pasta, but when I go all protein, like Adkins, I feel so much better, but get to a point that I want nothing to eat......
I know this is not good, but I can find soooooo many protein foods, but I understand the question of safety, of not wanting to eat at all.........Dose anyone else have this problem.............
I went to the nuerologist yesterday, and showed him my edema (swelling) that I have accumalated from just eating fruit, and trying to eat healthy..........
Both in my legs and hands.............I really crave protein, and the better feeling that I have from a high protein diet............
