OK.....A QUESTION I HAVE WANTED TO ASK FOR A LONG TIME

I love to cook, and bake.........That is a given if you know me from here.......My question for here, and what I have searched for the answer for, for a long time.........I bake cheese cakes, and such, in a springform pan.....I saw the pan that sold out quickly last week on ITKWD.........My question is....How do you remove a cheesecake and such, from the base of a springform pan, without breaking or messing up the cheesecake with tearing it up.......I do not want people cutting down on my base of the springform pan, as it can be damaged sooooooo easily, if the wrong knife is used, but some of my cheesecakes are very dense and sticky....I have pans with nonstick surfaces..........How do you remove them from the base, and transfer them to a pretty stand or plate...........{#emotions_dlg.confused1} I understand that breads, and such are easy to slide over, but what about other things............{#emotions_dlg.crying}

The strength of the wolf is the pack, and the strength of the pack is the wolf.......
