Comcast has, from what I've read, is beefing up their customer service. It looks like they listened to their former customers.

We're cell only, so we're just looking for the TV internet packages.

We had Comcast, switched to Fios when they came into our neighborhood with great deals. LOVED their special offers on movie rentals. Every week they would offer a discount on a few new movies to rent. The problem we had was trying to view movies on Netflix....constant buffering they couldn't resolve. Switched back to Comcast. I can view Netflix and Amazon without issues. End of my contract coming up and I'm considering a switch back to Fios for cost issues if they can guarantee in writing I'll have good reception for Netflix as well as Amazon. We'll see.

I would t go with either one. I just had the Fios triple play installed on Tuesday and I've been on the phone with them every day since then with problems. They don't provide any kind of booklet telling you how to use anything, so if you don't know how to use the DVR or anything else , you have to call in. Horrible wait time, representatives that don't know how to fix a problem so they hang up on you. The font on the guide is so small. They completely screwed up my phone service and it took speaking to 5 reps before it was resolved. I can go on and on. Do you think I'm stressed??? I had Comcast as my first triple play company, they are the worst company ever and everyone that I know that has them hates them but they have no other choice where they live. I had DirectTV and loved it but changed to Fios because they were offering $79.99 price for their triple play plus a bonus $400 Visa gift card. Well that package had hardly any channels we watched, so then the rep. Checked the next package, that also didn't have some channels we watched but, of course, the ultimate package has everything including all the premium movie channels. So now the price went from $79.99 a month to $183.00 a month, $55.00 more than I paid for Verizon service with DirectTv triple play. I have 14 days to cancel Fios and I'm seriously considering it. Just too many problems. Good luck!

Wow, thanks everyone!

I had DirecTV before and I loved them, but I want an internet package.

Where do you live? I had the Triple Play with Verizon and DirectTV. You should call DirectTV and ask them what company works with them to get internet. I know they do work with other companies.

We're in Maryland. The Comcast prices are much cheaper than FIOS.

I'll ask DTV about their internet package!!!
