anyone have the recipe on how to fix chicken wings, french fries and sweet potatoes in this round oven.

The booklet isn't worth a fig.  Seems like you can't find recipes for the older air fryer NuWave it's all for the egg shaped fryer now.

Google NuWave Recipies. There are cooking clubs, users share recipies online.

I dont use recipies, I guess I've used it long enough to guesstimate cooking time.

By the way, NuWave oven makes the best, most delicious grilled carrots, baked potatoes and sweet potatoes I've ever had in my life!

Scrub sweet potatoes clean, trim, lightly oil w cooking spray.

I use a foil covered, flat, oven proof plate by Corning on the top NuWave rack, 2 or 3 sweet potatoes about 20 min (full power).

Turn potatoes and cook another 15-20 minutes. Squeeze sweet potatoes to check for doneness, adjust time as needed.

I cut potatoes in half lengthwise or in quarters if im in a hurry. Oil the cut sides.

Takes so long to get anything done in those things not like deep frying

if you want chicken wings they say 20 minutes ! Mine was in there for 40 minutes and still raw. I used "HIGH' heat , too.

My husband was hollering I had to go stick in deep fryer.

Re: NuWave oven recipes

[ Edited ]

I've had a series of the round NuWave types of ovens for about 25 years. They were always called convection ovens and were touted to bake and broil.  When air fryers became the "in" thing, their function suddenly changed, although it was the same appliance.  I got rid of mine when it came on by itself in the middle of the night and was extremely hot when I found it.  It wouldn't shut off until I unplugged it. I don't think they get hot enough or have enough air flow to be true air fryers. I still have my old non-NuWave convection oven, by Sharper Image.

Wings are top rack, 12-14 minutes each side.

Thank you @Kachina624. I just won a $20. bet.

My Nu Wave does great roasted meat. Prime rib, turkey, chicken, hams. Etc.

Always juicy and perfectly cooked.

fries,

wings,

bake a chicken

salmon

potatoes

Think I got it figured out now save myself 100 or so. LOL

Kachinea, if you unplugged it and it would had came on again you would have cause for concern. Yikes !   (Indian burial grounds) LOL
