NuWave Pro Plus 8 in 1

I was just wondering I plan on using the NuWave to cook the turkey for Thanksgiving but just relaxed I need the turkey broth for the dressing. So what does everyone suggest on using since there won't be much if any broth?

Use chicken stock.

I have a question for you. Did the silicone baking pans have an odor. I received my Nuwave yesterday and there was a strong odor coming from the pans. I washed them and left them out to air dry. They seem less "stinky" today, but there's still an odor. I've asked this question, but got no replies.
