Two NW pans are now on their way to my house.  There is a bundt apple cake recipe at Cooks Illustrated that I have to make.  I saw it first at the FB group of CI fans.  Someone made it and posted a photo and attested that it is top notch.

I recommend that group for good ideas from people who like to cook and bake and are willing to try and show their efforts.

@Free2be - If that apple cake is the one with the cider glaze that aired on PBS in the past few months, I agree that it is DIVINE. I love apple desserts in general, but that recipe is definitely stellar.

I have many Nordic  Ware pans and they are all so fun.  One of my favorites is the Wreath for Christmas.  Amazing when sprinkled with a little powdered sugar after cooling.  One thing I found to make the cakes come out easily is from Wilton.  It's called cake release and is sold at stores that sell fabrics and crafts.  Happy baking.
