Between that horrible screeching and Rick's hyperness, I had to turn the channel.  I don't know why the powers that be do not tell these people to calm down.  I watch less and less because so many of the sales clerks seem so desperate in their attempts to sell, sell, sell.  Those antics have the opposite effect on me as I turn them off so no sale is made.

Spot on with both. We turned it off because he was talking way too fast, talking over people, etc.., I knew we couldn't have been the only ones feeling this way!
