I received my Ninja Cooker this past week and am very excited to try it out this weekend. I have a question about the food prep. While going through the recipes and re watching the videos, I am wondering about the browning of ground beef specifically. In no recipe does it say to drain the grease after browning the meat. I have always drained the grease when cooking on a stovetop. Do you need to leave the grease in the pot to use it as liquid? It doesn't seem very healthy to leave the grease in the pot, but like I said no where does it say to drain it. I'd love to hear from anyone out there who has the Ninja cooker to please give me advice on whether or not I should drain the grease or leave it in! Thanks!!
