How have you been enjoying your cooker? Are you following Ninja's recipes or adapting your own?
I have been doing both and I have been using it every day! I made stuffing in it for Thanksgiving an it came out great! I love how everything gets crisp all along the bottom and sides.
I have made a couple Ninja recipes, the Fritatta and the French Toast Cassarole. Today I picked up the makings for Shrimp Scampi and the Lemon Rosemary whole chicken.
I also picked up some cake mixes to try the little cake cups.
I baked spaghetti in it last night. It came out great. I have tried throwing rice in my recipes but that has not worked out for me. The rice is cooked fine but it absorbs all the juices and sauces.
This cooker has been so easy and convenient for soups! I also simmer my broths overnight which has been great. I have to use the buffet setting. This thing does cook a little hot. What do you think?
I used the oven/steam setting and defrosted a frozen meatloaf in 10 minutes!!
. I have also cooked chicken from frozen in about 20 min. Pretty amazing!
I wish there was a Ninja cooking forum. It's so new. There are not a lot of recipes out there. I am adapting recipes and hoping it turns out......and everything has. I was hoping we could share some tips.
