Ninja 3 in 1 not shipping?!?!?

Ordered the Ninja 3in1 cooker on June 20. The status of the order is still "in process" -- ugh! The delivery date was originally June 26, changed to July 3 and now there is NO delivery date listed. Called customer service and they were no help at all. Anyone else have issues with delivery of this item???
