Just used it for the first time this morning. I think I am going to like it. Doing Asian Pork Tenderloin. It browns the meat so fast, nothing like the pressure cooker I never use anymore. The cookbook that came with it has so many varieties of recipes with pictures. I always like to see pictures. Can't wait to experiment some more. I won't do a review until I have used it a few times.

I've had mine for about a month and just love it. Love the Stove top and oven features. I even make scramble eggs in it. As soon as I go buy some sweet onions, I will be making some French Onion soup in it.

may good luck be your friend in whatever you do
and may trouble be always a stranger to you

I'm not a cook by any stretch of the imagination. However, I have used this 3-in-1 more than anything else I've ever purchased for cooking. I almost never use my stove top or oven any more. In fact, if I didn't have a microwave, I'd probably even boil water in my 3-in-1 Ninja!!!!{#emotions_dlg.blush}Wink{#emotions_dlg.biggrin}

I just got mine (blue) at the end of last week. Saturday I made the beef stew and it was so good! I did make one little change and used McCormick's beef stew seasoning & water instead of the beef broth.

I'm thinking it might be tonight that I try the spaghetti & meatballs. I haven't decided what to try after that but I'm thinking it might be the chili with the cornbread baked on top. That sounds so good.

Another blue lover! lol....I got my blue one for Christmas. My hubby and I absolutely love it. We've tried a couple of recipes from the book that came w/it(spaghetti/meatballs & steam baked cupcakes), but for the most part, we fix things that we normally would on the stovetop and in the crock pot. We've made veggie beef soup, chili, ribs, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, Jiffy corn cakes, regular pancakes, crock pot pizza, pork roast, burgers,....we've even fried chicken and pork chops in it. I can't remember the last time we actually used the stovetop for some of that stuff. Oh and in case you try the spaghetti & meatballs recipe from the book, you may want to add more water. The first time I did it, I realized the amount of water called for in the book was not enough...for me anyway. If I hadn't been watching it closely, it would have stuck to the bottom. Oh, and it took mine longer than 30 min. It was closer to an hour. It turned out really good though! Hope you enjoy it! We really do! {#emotions_dlg.biggrin}

I can see that happening with me also. In fact my oven is not working right now and I am in no rush to fix it. I can see using this at least 4-5 times a week. So many options, may try a pot roast or roast beef next. Could be one of my better purchases from the Q.

I just started the spaghetti & meatballs and added a little extra water. I'll know in about 20 minutes if it will need longer to cook. I'm looking forward to this meal! Once I get used to using this fine piece of equipment, I'll branch out and try some of my own recipes. I need to learn which settings are best for what.

I am going to get one as I have only heard good things about it. I think Bed Bath and Beyond also has it but I don't know if they will let me use the 20% off coupon for it. I want black and I think that is the only color they have. I think I can buy the cookbook separate at Bed Bath and Beyond. It was $139.00 there a few weeks ago but I was not able to get it at the time.

Does anyone remember the Nesco cookers that QVC used to sell? I still have mine and just made pulled pork in it today, but it is time to replace it. The pulled pork was excellent and I am sure it will be good in the Ninja.

The spaghetti & meatballs is so good! I did have to cook it for an extra 5 minutes to get the noodles completely cooked. I think half the quantity of meatballs would be better, unless someone really, really likes them. Personally I'd be happy without them but that's me.

Another must try is the prime rib. I don't eat it but my better half loves it. It will be all his! {#emotions_dlg.biggrin}
