I don't use avacados in recipes yet, but in a new recipe I'm considering, the notes say, use a ripe avacado. How do you tell if an avacado is ripe or not? Spin it on the counter? Oh no that's about eggs, LOL. Just kidding. But I do need an answer to the avacado part, thanks.
