I ordered mine from Vitamix 10 days ago and it has just barely shipped. I make a lot of quick single serving soups in my Vitamix and I hope there are some additional recipes, or at least nutritional information, that I can use. I own all the Vitamix cookbooks but they don't have the nutritional values listed.
I'm super excited to get mine and I want to thank the OP for starting this thread. I didn't know the product existed before I saw you discussing it here.
