vitamix website has a nice selection of recipes by dietary interest.  i do enjoy mine but i like smoothies.

Hey, I just went to vitamix dot come and there's a new (to me) Vitamix for $199!!!!!  It's 32 oz.  I didn't know they made that size, which I guess they didn't - that's why it's new, huh?  Just posting this for anyone who's interested and doesn't want to pay $400.
