New Temptations Saute Pan

K49582  New nonstick saute pan from TT for stovetop/oven.  Interesting, but seems kind of expensive for one pan with a lid.  I wonder if she will be presenting it soon.

In theory, it's an interesting design, but in practice, I'm guessing it'll be a pain to clean. Perhaps a presentation can shed some light on the specific purpose (if any) of the bottom part and provide more information about maintenance.
