After years and years of making my own bread, and I have Arthritis in both knees, the standing to knead is harder now, so I was looking at kneading machines, or mixing machines they are called. Well, they are expensive, and my husband saw this bread maker on Amazon that was half off, has 5 stars, many good reviews, and cheaper than the mixer, makes a 2 loaf recipe, so he ordered it. It's stainless steel and will come tomorrow. I don't know the brand name yet, but it's an unusual one, I think. I am anxious to try it. I've had some breadmakers in the past, but at that time I wanted to make bread myself, time has changed me. I will be 85 in April. But I don't feel that old, young at heart!! I survived my partial hip replacement well, now it's just the knees but I won't need surgery there.
Does anyone else use a breadmaker? And still like it?
