Hi All!
I come asking for first-timer tips! This year I will be making the entire Thanksgiving dinner! And I'm excited about everything from the stuffing to the pie. I can't wait to start. But the turkey, that is another story.
In the past I have made turkey breasts, but never the whole bird. That task was my grandmother's, or my mom's...and both are too many miles away to help me with this year's dinner.
And for some reason, I feel very intimidated. I LOVE cooking, and make everything we eat from scratch. Not much has ever concerned me in the kitchen. So this is a new feeling for me. LOL.
Tell me it's easy! Give me your tips. I have a 21 pound turkey in the freezer, awaiting next week.
