I have managed to lose my Ina Garten cookbook, probably due to a move. Sadly I don't remember which one it was, but it has a gazpacho recipe in it. Anyone know which one? I'm guessing its publication date is between 15-20 years ago.

Thanks to all of you ! I'm going to re-buy it. If anyone has the cookbook or wants to try Yahooey's copy of the recipe, be sure to use Campbell's tomato juice. I can't remember if she said that on her TV show or I dreamed that up on my own. I had a distant relative work for Campbell's years ago as a sales manager and I've always been partial to that brand. That guy suffered a stroke early in life, like in his 40's, and Campbell's carried him on payroll for months and months.

@Miami Spices You are so right. Sorry about that. The title I meant is "Barefoot Contessa Foolproof." @depglass , check your library for these books.

This is good info to have. I support companies who are good to their employees
