Need ideas for Christmas Eve dinner . . . .

I need some ideas for Christmas Eve dinner. It should be something simple that I can either make in advance (before church), or put together easily. It's just going to be DH, DS, two friends and me. We'll get home from church about 7:30pm, so we don't want to eat a major dinner.
