Funny how most of my posts start out with "need help." But this is such a great place for info. Current problem: My neighbors are all on the Oreo cream cheese truffle bandwagon. Before I try them, I want to avoid the problem they are all having. How do you melt the chocolate enough to let it coat the truffles evenly? They are using milk chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and one is using almond bark. Same problem, its too thick even when melted in a double boiler. Is there something you can add?
