Need help with Cook's Essentials Bacon Puff Pasty Pinwheels Air Fryer recipe!!!

I followed this recipe to the T but they did not turn out at all.  Even after cooking longer than the recipe asked for, the bacon was not cooked and the pastry was super greasy.  Has anyone else tried it?  Any suggestions?
