Need help - biscuits too crumbly!

I found a wonderful biscuit mix and make great biscuits with buttermilk. They are wonderful right out of the oven, but when cool they seem too crumbly and fall apart. I was taught to gently mix and then roll small amounts into balls in the palms of my hands. Does anyone have advice for me?
