Need advice with Temp-tations Old World.

I purchased 3 of the TSV Temp-tations 9 x 13 sets in the Old World Pattern last fall. Unfortunately, I have had to return two of the sets twice; and then was put on waitlist last fall as they had sold out. The sets were returned due to "very poor" painting on the sets. I just received the replacements. Again the "artists" must have been on break, plus one of the matching trays seems to be warped, as it turns up on one end when placed on the casserole dish. I don't know if this is par for the course with temp-tations, and the painting quality is just inferior (sloppy); or I am just unlucky. This was my first Temp-tations purchase, probably my last

Please advise. The question is to return again and request replacements; or return again and get a credit? Thanks for any help you can offer.
