My cardiologist has recommended that I drink a lot of hot green tea. I'm a life-long iced tea drinker, but I know absolutely NOTHING about green teas. In year's past, I've sampled green tea and always found them bitter, too weak, too strong, or odd tasting unlike a tea. I'm diabetic and can't put real sugar or honey in to sweaten it .
Without breaking the bank or buying 100's of brands to sample, could any of you recommend any tried and true good simple teas, and how you prepare yours, if you don't mind sharing ?
Thank you in advance for your time and trouble. There are just too many kinds of teas out there to blindly experiment.
God Bless.
