I wish I had bothered with a convection oven when we built 7 years ago. I find with this oven I can only bake one sheet of cookies at a time. I use the silicone sheets, maybe that has something to do with it. Also, I have one of those beer can chicken roaster things (ceramic) from QVC. It won't brown the bottom half of the chicken so its useless. I know a convection oven with its air flow would work with this roaster.

If I were buying a new stove, I'd pay the extra for the convection feature. Friends who have them said when they bake things like onion rings and French fries, they turn out so much better.
