I also have a Breville convection oven that I like (never use the oven that's part of my stove anymore).

My all-time favorite is my Magic Bullet from years ago. I leave it out since I use it usually more than once a day. I use it daily to mix up my protein shake with fruit, and today also scrambled eggs in the smaller cup for DH's breakfast, and made salsa tonight to go with our tacos. It is the perfect size for the two of us. Also, a shout out for the Kuhn Rihcon can opener.

I think the Kuhn Rikon is ONE of the most clever, inexpensive kitchen gadgets that performs just as it is marketed!😊 It took me a while to become accustomed to no ragged lid edges that are left with older can openers! I think everyone has a story or two of a nicked/butchered finger courtesy of those can opening "weapons"!😄

My top most fave is the Ninja outdoor grill/smoker--I use that thing at least 4-5 times a week. Last night I grilled a rib eye steak that was so good. Tonight, will bake a french bread pizza on it for dinner. Salmon is amazing too, as well as roasted veggies--haven't used it to smoke anything yet.

My instant pot and vitamix are used all the time too--cooked spuds and eggs in the IP for a spud salad yesterday . Fresh corn and beans are the best pressure cooked too.

@wagirl Welcome!🥰 You have GREAT tried and true favorites!😄 I was not too familiar with the Ninja grill/smoker so I Googled and am QUITE impressed with the smoking capability! The fact that it is used on the TABLETOP is an added bonus that comes in handy when you have limited space.❤ I am glad it is giving you such GREAT service, and that you are enjoying SO much!😁
