For years I've used Williams Chili Mix which comes in a foil packet with the gravy and other such mixes.   It's all I ever used in Texas and nobody proclaimed,  "get a rope".   The seasoning is just right and it makes a big pot.

This is my new favorite chili recipe.  It tastes amazing and you'd never know that is has pumpkin in it!
