@spumoni99  😂😂😂

There's always a lot to be thankful for if you take time to look for it.
For example, I am sitting here thinking how nice it is that wrinkles don't hurt.

Re: My view/perspective of 'food' has changed so drasticlly...

For the majority of my adult life, I watched everything I ate.  The portion size, the calories, the fat, the sugar, etc., etc. I was always either trying to keep my weight under control, or trying to lose weight, or trying to help with a specific health issue.  I truly am so tired of monitoring every single bite of food that goes into my mouth!  I know what we eat significantly impacts our health, but when you reach your "golden" years and your health continues to decline, it is just tiresome to worry about food.  I try to be reasonable  and careful to a degree, but if I want to eat something now, I eat it.

We have chosen our particular way of eating and adding certain supplements in order to enhance what we can and prevent health decline.

"FYI, carnivores believe fiber is unnecessary.  They don't eat anything with fiber. "

"Carnivores believe fiber is unnecessary," and "They don't eat anything with fiber." And you know these things how? Both are HUGE generalizations.

"The OP lives a carnivore lifestyle, in case you didn't know.  That's meat, fish, eggs, butter, small amounts of cheese ONLY.  It's zero grains, zero fruit and vegetables of any kind.  The majority of your food choices would be off limits for her. "

Why does "carnivore lifestyle" mean zero grains, zero fruit and vegetables of any kind? I'm a carnivore as I eat meats, but I also eat grains, fruit, and vegetables.

The vernacular term "carnivore" refers to those who eat mostly meat. You are an "omnivore". That is someone who eats grains, fruit, meat and vegetables @Razzy 7.

Excuse me, @Razzy 7?  Do you know what the term "carnivore" means?  HOW have I made HUGE generalizations?  I didn't make any of this up, nor is it a generalization.  I know these things because I've researched it, watched videos, etc. Think about it.  If someone is living exclusively on a diet of animal proteins and fat, where does the fiber come from?  The answer is, NOWHERE.  You are obviously confused in your understanding of the term.

I'm surprised that a serious Carnivore would consume coffee, considering it's plant derived.

But as with everything I guess that there are degrees of Carnivorism.
