Tara McConnell must still have too much time on her hands, or is obsessed with her Temp-tations patterns.

I see now the Q is selling her Holiday wrapping paper with the Temp-tations pattern of swirls, etc. on it...

Holiday gift wrap ???

Yea...I think that is a little strange too....Smiley Happy

And now I see on Sunday she is introducing Temptations old world quilts --- What???!!! Perhaps she should stick to stoneware and take her attention to fixed the quality issues! I'm becoming a fiesta ware junkie -- at my age this is the last thing I need to get a new addiction when I'm out of space!!!

I always wonder if people are requesting this kind of stuff.  LOL, I do not want weird stuff to match my bakeware.

Me neither, but there really are some super devoted fans out there..even here,  I have seen them asking for stuff I would not have thought to desire

What I wish is that somone would come up with somehting similat to the old Corning "Grab it" bowls..I loved those in the early days of microwaving..

Any suggestions?

Mothertrucker:  I know what you mean about those Grab Its.  I never had any but wish I did, because I've found the most-used and most valued similar item in my kitchen these days is a small vintage  Corning glass-lidded pan with a handle in the Cornflower Blue pattern.  The only place you can find them these days is on ebay, where they sell for more than I'm willing to pay, even if I were willing to deal with ebay.

This little piece of cookware is in constant use to serve soup or vegetables or any individual serving of just about anything warmed up in a microwave.

If you're looking for something similar, check out item K274298 in the "as is" section of QVC's website.  This is a set of 4 Technique FLAME  bowls with handles that can go on the stovetop, grill, broiler, oven and microwave.  They work well, and would be even better if they were just a little bit bigger.

When I saw them and noticed the as-is price, it was too cheap to pass up.  Has turned out to be a fairly good buy.

Only drawback is that water gets trapped in air holes in the handle so I leave them out to dry for a while after they come out of the dishwasher.

novamc, love your post.  I would feel smothered if the same designs were all over my house.

Well, then I suggest you also opt for a matching toilet seat.

Ahem...
