My favorite YouTube cooking show.

I love bon Appetit's "Gourmet Makes" cooking show where the adorable Claire Saffitz tries to recreate popular junk/snack foods in a more gourmet manner. Her mixture of optimism, then dismay, frustration, and ultimately satisfaction makes me very happy. It's become my go to show when I've got a few minutes to kill. If you haven't seen it, look it up. Claire is kind of amazing and the interaction with the rest of the staff is pretty entertaining.

That whole bon Appetit test kitchen staff is kind of crazy. Brad Leone is a big goofball. Molly Baz is quite entertaining also. Bon Appetit also has apps for Fire TV, Roku, and other devices with all of their videos in an easy to find format. Those videos are my favorite time killers these days.
