Dh is out of town for a week and since I don't have to worry about putting meat on his skinny bones, I'm watching my calories.  I have a freezer full of WW Smart Ones meals for lunches and Marie Callender's dinners.

My son took one look and was ready to call "A Place for Mom".  He said, "You know that stuff's not good for you, right?" 

Yes, I know, but it's an easy way to keep my calories in check and since I have appointments of one kind or another after work every day this week, it will take some stress off of me.  I just thought I'd come clean here with my dirty secret.

I just eat cheez it's or popcorn when I'm alone, I'm on a blueberry kick now

I had a slice of cake for dinner.   Sugar free cake, but cake none the less.

I love stew so whenever alone for dinner I just throw meat and all veg in pot and boil.I like some Worcester sauce and maybe a little ketchup with that and plenty of hot sauce.

The most recent items to make it into my freezer are Girl Scout Cookies. 

And past sweet items are River Street Sweets Pralines...they are so good frozen. 

But I have to head into town to one of the gourmet markets soon to re-plenish our boneless skinless chicken breasts and Italian Sausage.
