My TSV light cast iron set ... love it!

I used the top tonight to grill pork chops - seared & finished in oven.

 

Im very pleased with how it cooks & clean up easy! Glad I bought it.

 

Tomorrow will donate the other heavy LC pieces to habitat.

@homedecor1 I love mine too! I received mine on the 15th, started using it on the 16th and haven't put it away yet lol.

 

I felt pretty confident that food would cook well (cast iron rocks) but was a little concerned about clean up. I shouldn't have been, clean up is a breeze.

After spending 3 days in Illinois, mine is getting closer. I have other pieces in this line and am happy with all of it. Clean up is always super quick. Looking forward to the grill pan with this one.
