I used a dozen brown eggs and made some beautiful YELLOW scrambled eggs for a pot luck. I did add a little half and half. I put them in my temptations casserole along with some corned beef hash and kept them warm in the oven. When I served them at the potluck THE EGGS WERE GREEN. I have no clue why this happened but they were so ugly no one would eat them. Talk about embarrassing. Any clue what happened?
