Debra Murray correct. I spray the insert with non stick spray pour in the ingredients, press the bake button. We have found a few cake mixes are needing 10 minutes longer to cook. What I do is press steam or stir fry for 10 minutes if the cake is jiggling after 50 minutes.

I think I will return the wonder pot.  Steamed some corrn based on the recipe and it didn't come out the way I had hoped.  Will make a decision tomorrow.
