Mushroom soup

It's cold in Ohio today and I felt like hot soup---had a package of condensed Portobello Mushroom soup from Trader Joes and fixed it. Have had it in casseroles but never as just soup. Thought it might be too thin with just water but I was in a hurry. It truly is delicious and I'll definitely have it again. Olive Garden had a trial run on Porchini Mushroom soup in Oct and it was spectacular. Hope they bring it back.
