We got them last year about this time when they were the TSV. We stored them in our garage in an empty ice chest so they would be cold but not freeze. It worked fine and they lasted a long time. It was too much for just the three of us though and I ended up tossing the last one or two. They were decent but I think they are overpriced for what they are. I canceled my spring auto delivery. This year it's 2 less apples, over a pound less total weight and 6 dollars more than last years.

It's just not that hard to make something like this for a fraction of the cost.

I can't believe they sold over 100,000 orders for these apples.

Would LOVE to order some of these apples to give out for Christmas but the reviews aren't stellar....people speak of the candies coming totally off the apple and gathering in a pile in the box....the caramel doesn't stick to the apples, etc.... So I have shied away from them for those reasons.

I just posted a positive review on another Prindables blog. Been ordering them in excess of 10 years from QVC and giving them out to family every Christmas. We've never had a bad batch and the quality has always been consistently good. I don't know if it makes a difference in how they're stored or for how long you keep them, but I always order the latest order prior to Christmas and keep them in the frig right up until gift giving time. Also, around my house, they don't last very long!

I order every year, and have never had any problems, so far.

Yes, I agree with you Q. If you don't like anything offered by QVC, just call customer service and they will refund your money.

You just tell them your problem with them and they will credit your account.

There have been a few problems with food items over the years. I've called QVC and no problem had the money put back into my account.

Think about it. They don't know there is a problem and you want a refund unless you tell them.

I think QVC has the best customer service of almost all companies. When I call them and bla bla about issues, they respond immediately and do their best to fix the problem. They don't drill me or make me feel like they don't believe me.

I am a walking advertisement for QVC. Everything I own is QVC (except my underwear). I get compliments on my perfume (Amazing Grace, lately it looses it's smell quicker though), jewelry, clothes (all QVC designers, my favorite is Linea).

I've sent so many people to QVC I should get a cut of their profits. Am I always happy? Most of the time. If I'm not I'll call Customer Service.

I've sent more things back lately than ever. I lost a lot of weight and am STILL having trouble getting the size I need right. Do I have complaints about their clothes? You bet. I think the length of the sleeves are outrageous (like for baboons). the pants that are supposed to be petites are way too long (I've measured them).

Anyway, call QVC and complain if you have a problem.

If they don't fix it and you think it is legitimate, come on here and complain. They watch and they pay attention.

I know that for a fact.

I've never had the caramel be hard, as you are supposed to let them sit at room temp for a good 45 minutes before cutting and serving.

They offer different types of apples under the toppings, and the granny smith apples are a little more crisp, while we prefer the Pink Lady apples that come out only really close to Christmas.

Ours have always been fresh, but we feel they need to be used up in about a week or maybe a little more.

Only once did we get just one apple that had brown spots, so I figure for all the orders we have had, isn't bad.

I turned the channel yesterday during these presentations. I will never order these after sending them as gifts (bill to ship to) years ago to a few people. I found out from a few of the people after the holidays that some of the apples they received were rotten and some were broken and they didn't like the taste. I was so embarrassed.
