I also have ordered them for years and years. Boxes of them for our family and as gifts.

Only once was there a quality issue and instant credit was received.

 

One Christmas I got cheap and didn't order, boy, did I hear about it!!!

 

Always let them come to room temp before serving and the Carmel is soft and very easy to enjoy.

I might order the nine apples with the individual burlap bags.  I think they would make a nice add-on gift.  I ordered them once years ago and enjoyed them.

They are really good.  I have bought them several times.  I cut mine up into smaller pieces.  It is easier to eat that way.
