Mrs. Prindable's Apple's. How long are they fresh for ?

I ordered the christmas set of 12 apples to give out at work. How long do I have before I should hand them out ? I am Hoping I can wait till next week sometime. I will keep them refrigerated untill it is time. Thank you !!!
