@drizzellla   @ECBG   I like cranberry dressing....my husband does not.  Even if I 1/2 my recipe it is still a lot.  Do you purchase cranberry salad premade or make a home made recipe for a small family meal?

In our house it is a tradition. We have to have Ocean Spray canned cranberry dressing.

It became a tradition to play tic tac toe on the cranberry sauce. So even though my brothers are not eating at the meal, we always use the canned cranberries.

My Mom would make a fresh cranberry sauce. No one would eat it. And we only ate the canned stuff out of habit.

I cannot imagine hating beans; my family of 4 eats a lot of them, and both daughters boyfriends love taking beans home with them.

I could live on home cooked green beans and any type of greens.

We had quite a bit of dried beans when I was a child.  I don't like the starchy texture of them.

I love beans also, I can put them in the insta pot and with no soaking have a pot of beans ready in an hour.

The only beans my mom made when I was growing up was white navy beans, I love them but for some reason they are the worst for my tummy...tmi!

@spumoni99,
I cook pinto, cranberry, yellow eye, and great northern beans the most. Navy beans when my husband requests them. I love lima beans but my husband does not, so I eat them canned when I have a craving. I use my instant pot often for beans.

Pinto beans are my favorite, for canned beans kidney beans are my favorite.  I think beans are pretty healthy also.

Dried beans are very healthy and a great source of protein, vitamins, and fiber.

They're just not my thing.

@wagirl Tell dumb brother to invite me next year in your place! Woman LOL  No turkey could ever compete with lamb and/or ham with me!  EVER!

Dumb Brother gets a high-five from Okie Girl here!  Woman Very Happy

@Sooner me too!  If I never ate another piece of turkey for the rest of my life it wouldn't bother me.

I don't like turkey and will only eat one slice at Thanksgiving.  I used to like it but my mother-in-law would rip the pop-up timer out and then proceed to cook it until the legs were ready to fall off.
